Herolab GmbH Laborgeräte is located in the beautiful German historic city of Wiesloch. Since its foundation in 1979, Herolab has always been adhering to the spirit of craftsmanship and with German craftsmanship the company carefully creates each laboratory instrument.
Herolab has a complete product line of high-speed centrifuges. From micro to large capacity of 6 liters, from bench top to floor centrifuges, with aircooling or with refrigeration and many different rotors according to your demands. For the "Red Line" series, inert gas purge is offered when solvents are in use to meet your working needs in a variety of extreme and demanding conditions. With the increasing attention and application of automation technology in production and experimental high throughput processes Herolab offers customized services for the "RobotCen Series of automated centrifuges". The devices can communicate with the outside world through serial ports, and perfectly cooperate with the robot arm to achieve your individual needs in the construction of many automated production lines.
In addition, Herolab produces more than 250 standard and non-standard centrifugal tubes and bottles out of PPCO, PC, PE, PF. Because of the different basic materials, they show their own characteristics and excellent performance in mechanical strength, temperature tolerance, chemical stability. Herolab also provides customized OEM services for centrifugal consumables for corporate customers. We are at your disposal.

PM-200 Particle measuring system
The particle measuring system PM-200 was specifically designed for lab operation. The system includes the sample feeder PM-200, the PC insert card PCI 1.0, the evaluation software and the PC. For the pharmaceutical sector the evaluation software SW-CA is available; the system is equipped with the laser sensor LDS 30/30 usp. It works in the range of 1-200 μm linear and is specifically made to meet the requirements in the pharmaceutical sector.

Laboratory automation
New concepts in the automation of life science processes are becoming a reality in more and more laboratories: The transport of samples and labware between stations or devices is no longer done manually, instead robots often take over the tasks.
The integration of classic laboratory equipment into such a concept usually requires adaptations to the laboratory equipment in order to ensure smooth interaction with the robot. Herolab has been facing these challenges for many years with a special line of devices, the RobotCen.
In close cooperation with a robot supplier, it has now been possible to reach the next major milestone in the synchronization of robots and centrifuges and thus significantly broaden the range of applications of the entire system.
